Upon prior written permission from ComplianceAid, LLC, Group Access licensees may resell access rights to the Toolkit, provided that the fee charged to each client/group does not exceed $25.00.
ComplianceAid reserves the right to modify the Toolkit and any of the materials contained in the Toolkit, to change fees, or to discontinue the Toolkit website at any time.
Access rights to the Toolkit Group Access Edition website shall run concurrent with the term of the annual Toolkit Licensing Agreement under which clients/customers of the licensee subscribe. For example, if the term of the annual Licensing Agreement commences January 1, 2005 and ends December 31, 2005, clients/customers of the group access licensee shall have access to the Toolkit through December 31, 2005 only, regardless of their subscription date.
By licensing the Toolkit Group Access Edition licensees, and all clients/customers of the licensee who subsequently subscribe to and use the Toolkit, affirmatively agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy set forth above, and further agree as follows:

In the event this website, or any of the services offered through this website are discontinued by ComplianceAid during the term of your current subscription or service plan year/period, you or your company will receive written notice of termination of the service by ComplianceAid, via email. Within thirty (30) days of the notice of termination of service, you and your company will be entitled to a prorated refund of your subscription and/or service plan fees based upon your service usage up to the termination date, provided that you send a written refund request via email within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the notice of termination to: admin@complianceaid.com. This refund policy is not applicable to product purchases (e.g., Personal Compliance Trainersm programs, SPDPro Self Service Kitsm), or to service termination that is the result of you or your company's: (i) misuse or fraudulent use of the products or services; or (ii) failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use or Privacy Policy.
