REFUND POLICY

ComplianceAid Toolkitsm and ComplianceAid Toolkitsm Premium Access online Employee Benefits and Labor and Employment Resource Center annual subscription fees are non-refundable; however, we offer FREE Toolkit website tours and samples to allow customers to test drive the service prior to purchase!

Personal Compliance Trainersm online compliance training programs are non-refundable; however, customers may preview the programs FREE prior to purchase. (Not currently available)

BizTracsm Legislative and Regulatory Tracking Service annual subscription services may be cancelled at any time during the first 30 calendar days of service. Subscribers will be issued a prorated refund by check or credit card (depending upon method of payment) within 15 days of the notice of cancellation.

SPDProsm Full Service ERISA reporting and disclosure services are non-refundable; however, we will provide unlimited revisions/updates for your Summary Plan Description, Summary Annual Report or Summary of Material Modifications for the first 90 calendar days following the date of purchase.
